Have a laptop hooked up via Ethernet to the ATEM TVS. Not networked, WiFi off.Have set computer's adapter IP as 192.168.10.50, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.10.1 all as described in the documentation.
Multiviewer works, power & ethernet lights on.
However:
Software controller says not connected. It also says the IP of the switcher chassis is 192.168.10.240. Don't know what that means relative to the other IP stuff.

Can't do update and trying makes the TVS cut out, lose network connection with laptop. Power & ethernet lights off.Usb2 is hooked up.
What am I missing?
Any suggestions?
